Continental Race 28 is a classic inner tube for road bikes with tires between 25 and 32 mm. It combines low weight with good puncture protection and works equally well as a regular bicycle tube or a spare tube in your saddle bag.
This version has a 42 mm Presta valve, also known as a racing valve. The valve length suits many standard road rims with a low or moderate profile. If you have deep-section rims, check that a 42 mm valve is long enough for the pump to connect properly.
The tube is intended for a 622 mm rim diameter, the common 700c standard, as well as compatible older 630 mm / 27" sizes. Check the ETRTO marking on the side of the tire if you are unsure—both the tire width and rim diameter need to match the tube’s specified dimensions.
Every Continental tube undergoes quality control before leaving the factory. Weighing approximately 125 grams, the Race 28 is a simple and reliable choice for road riding, fast commuting, and other 700c bikes with tires in the 25–32 mm range.
