With a 39–49 mm reach, the BRS100 fits frames and forks designed for traditional road brakes. The dual-pivot construction provides strong braking power and clear feedback at the brake lever, while the cold-forged aluminum arms create a lightweight and stable construction. The quick-release function also makes it easy to open the brake when removing the front wheel.
This is a great choice if you are looking for a classic front brake for a fixed gear, single speed or road bike and want to combine a silver finish with modern dual-pivot performance. Dia-Compe 101 brake pads are included.
Always check the brake’s reach before purchasing. Measure from the center of the brake bolt hole in the fork crown to the center of the rim’s braking surface. If the measurement is between 39 and 49 mm, the Dia-Compe BRS100 is the right brake for your build.
