Genesis Croix de Fer 931 Frames
Available in stock
Genesis loves steel, and so do we—especially stainless steel. The Genesis Croix de Fer 931 is a premium gravel frameset made from Reynolds 931 stainless steel, for those who want to build a fast, durable, and versatile bike for gravel, touring, and long days on mixed surfaces.
Reynolds 931 combines high strength and stiffness with excellent corrosion resistance. The modern Croix de Fer platform features a T47 threaded bottom bracket, tapered head tube, and 12 mm thru-axles. The Amplitude G200 carbon fork keeps weight down and has mounts for extra luggage.
With clearance for tires up to 700x47c, internal cable routing, and dropper-post compatibility, the Croix de Fer 931 can be built in many ways—from a fast all-road and gravel bike to a more heavily loaded touring or bikepacking build. The frame also has mounts for racks, fenders, and bottle cages.
The Croix de Fer 931 is an excellent foundation for a custom build where material, ride feel, and long service life guide the component choices. If you want to build a complete Genesis Croix de Fer, we are happy to help with sizing, wheels, drivetrain, and other components.

Build your custom dream bicycle with us
Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
