The Genesis Tour de Fer 20 is built with a clear purpose – to perform reliably during long days in the saddle with a lot of gear.

The CrMo steel frame, the sturdy 36-spoke wheels, and Shimano's Cues drivetrain with Linkglide technology are chosen with the same goal in mind: to create a bike that requires little attention and keeps working year after year. The Linkglide system is developed with a focus on durability and is well suited for the type of use where the bike covers many miles in all weather conditions.
The gearing with 46/30T front and 11-36T rear offers a wide range that works equally well on flat transport stretches as on longer climbs with gear. The mechanical disc brakes are easy to adjust and service, even far from home.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
