Genesis Vagabond (Gary Bluman) Frames
Hurry up, only 2 items left in stock.
Genesis Vagabond is one of those frames that looks different depending on who’s looking. Some see a road-focused monstercross bike with drop bars and large tires; others see a 29er with low gearing and bags for multi-day trips. That’s exactly why we have sold several Vagabond framesets—the frame doesn’t lock the build into a predetermined idea.
The Genesis Mjolnir CrMo steel frame is paired with a rigid steel fork and clearance for tires up to 2.35 inches. XS and S are built with 27.5-inch wheels, while M, L and XL use 29-inch wheels. 12 x 100 mm front and 12 x 148 mm rear thru-axles accommodate modern wheels and provide a stable foundation for gravel, monstercross and bikepacking.
The Vagabond has a T47 threaded bottom bracket, mounts for luggage and internal cable routing for dynamo lighting. The frame is also compatible with a suspension fork with 40 mm of travel if you want to take the build even further in an off-road direction.
Choose the Genesis Vagabond if you want to build your own steel gravel, monstercross or bikepacking bike and prefer a frame that leaves room for personal ideas—even builds that others might never have imagined. Get in touch if you would like help with sizing, wheels or components for your custom build.

Build your custom dream bicycle with us
Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
