Growtac Equal Disc Brake Caliper Set - Post Mount
Growtac Equal Disc Brake Caliper Set - Post Mount
Out of stock
Finally, we can offer what we believe are the best mechanical disc brakes on the market, now also in Post Mount! Growtac is a Japanese company that has taken the alternative cycling scene by storm and is best known for their Equal brakes. These provide reliable braking power every time and a unique feel in the levers that hydraulic disc brakes cannot offer. Another advantage for those who ride off the asphalt is that with relatively simple means, you can fix a potential cable break—you don’t often carry a service kit for hydraulic brakes on a gravel bike.
Made in Japan. Sold as a set (two brake calipers) including quality housings, cables, etc. See the specification for more technical information.

Build your custom dream bicycle with us
Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
