Gusset Double Six Singlespeed 3/32" Sprocket

Gusset Double Six is a singlespeed cog for Shimano HG freehub bodies. The wide 7 mm base distributes the load across a larger part of the freehub body and reduces the risk of the cog digging into the body—an especially useful feature on aluminum freehub bodies.
The cog is CNC-machined from Cr-Mo steel and is available from 12 to 19 teeth, making it easy to find the right gearing for your singlespeed build. A 3/32" chain is recommended, and standard 9-speed chains work well. As always, we recommend using a new chain with a new cog.
A simple and robust singlespeed cog for those building with a standard Shimano HG cassette hub and looking for a wider contact surface than many traditional singlespeed cogs offer.
