Halo Evaura RD2 PL-7 is a 700c front wheel with a dynamo for Touring, bikepacking, and long-distance cycling. A practical solution if you want to power your front light or charge a power bank while riding—no batteries to keep track of, and power is available as long as the wheels are turning.
The wheel is built around the Shutter Precision PL-7, a lightweight and well-proven dynamo hub for a 12x100 mm thru-axle and Centerlock brake rotor. The hub delivers 6V/3W and is paired here with the Halo Evaura Disc rim, 24 double-butted stainless steel spokes, and brass nipples.
The Evaura rim has a 19 mm internal width, is Tubeless Ready, and is well suited to road, gravel, and Touring tires. A really good choice if you’re looking for a ready-built 700c dynamo wheel for a modern gravel or Touring bike and want to avoid building the wheel from scratch.
