Halo RO is a silver front hub for classic road bikes and custom builds where modern components do not quite fit the style. The highly polished finish and tall, five-star flanges give the hub a classic look, while the construction is modern, with sealed cartridge bearings and low weight.
The hub is CNC-machined from 7075 aluminum, and the lightweight aluminum axle uses a standard quick release. With a 100 mm hub width and 32 spoke holes, the Halo RO is well suited to classic road frames, randonneur builds, and other bikes where you want to build a silver wheel with a traditional look.
It is also an unusually good option when you are looking for an attractive silver hub for a custom build—today, it is considerably easier to find modern hubs in black than well-made polished silver components. We build wheels ourselves in the workshop and are happy to help with your choice of rim, spokes, and spoke length.
