Halo Vapour GXC is a lightweight 700c/29" front wheel for gravel, ultradistance, road plus, and light touring. The Special Edition version has a silver rim, hub, spokes, and nipples, making it especially appealing if you want to combine modern standards with a classic silver build.
The rim has a 21 mm internal width, is Tubeless Ready, and comes pre-taped. The wheel is built with 28 double-butted J-bend spokes and weighs 780 grams. We like J-bend spokes on gravel and long-distance wheels – if a spoke gets damaged, finding a replacement is much easier than with straight pull.
With a 12x100 mm thru-axle and Centerlock, this is an unusually good option if you're looking for a lightweight silver gravel front wheel with modern standards, tubeless compatibility, and easy servicing.
