Izumi x MASH Jet Black Gold is a 1/2 × 1/8" chain for fixed gear, track and single speed. It is a special version of Izumi’s classic 410 chain, developed together with MASH SF, with black links and gold-colored rollers.
Izumi has a long history in track and fixed gear, while MASH is one of the best-known names in modern fixed gear culture. Much of the appeal here lies in the look – black and gold give the drivetrain a distinctive detail without being as eye-catching as a completely gold-colored chain.
The chain has 116 links and fits chainrings and sprockets for wide 1/8" chains. A good choice if you are looking for an Izumi chain for fixed gear or single speed and want the classic Japanese 410 construction in a MASH version.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
