MKS Crank Spacers are thin steel washers installed between the pedal axle and crank arm. They help protect the crank arm's surface from marks and damage when tightening the pedal – especially useful on carbon cranks or cranks with a recessed contact surface.
A small, inexpensive part that we also like to use with aluminum cranks. The washer gives the pedal axle an even contact surface and can reduce the risk of the pedal working directly against or marking the crank arm during installation.
Made from steel by MKS in Japan and supplied in packs of four.
