MKS XC-III Bear Trap is a modern reissue of the legendary Suntour XC-II pedals. The original was manufactured by MKS, and together with Blue Lug, they have revived the design with small changes for today’s bikes. The coolest platform pedals around!
The large 100 x 90 mm platform and classic toothed bear trap cage provide excellent grip on both sides without loose pins. This makes the XC-III a great choice for everything from old-school MTB and BMX to fixed gear, touring, gravel and city bikes.
The pedal body is made of aluminum and uses a standard 9/16-inch pedal axle. A pair weighs approximately 400 grams and is manufactured by MKS in Japan. An obvious choice if you are looking for classic bear trap pedals with the original look but modern production.
