A black bicycle handlebar doesn't have to be anonymous. The Nitto B809AA-SSB features the clean form, refined finish, and obvious quality that have made Japanese Nitto a favorite among cyclists who care about every component in their build.
The generous width of 730 mm provides good leverage and stable control in city traffic. With a 32 mm rise, 8° backsweep, and 5° upsweep, you get a direct riding position with a lighter and more natural angle for your hands.
The B809AA-SSB fits fixed gear, single speed, and geared city bikes, as well as other custom builds where a wide black riser handlebar suits better than a narrow, completely straight bar. The black anodized finish works especially well with black stems, seat posts, and controls.
The handlebar is made in Japan from heat-treated aluminum. The clamp diameter is 31.8 mm, and the diameter at the grips, brake levers, and controls is 22.2 mm.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
