NITTO Handlebar Shim is the simple solution when you want to mount a 25.4 mm handlebar in a stem with a 26.0 mm clamp diameter. The difference is only 0.6 mm, but we do not recommend trying to force it to fit – the handlebar should be securely mounted.
Especially useful for classic road, touring, and custom builds where 25.4 mm handlebars and 26 mm quill stems often meet. A small NITTO shim that properly solves a very specific compatibility issue.
