Problem Solvers ChainSpy 2 is a compact chain guide that helps keep the chain in place when riding without a front derailleur. Designed for use with Problem Solvers Direct Mount Adapters, it lets you build a simple chain retainer for everything from commuter bikes and touring builds to mountain bikes and fat bikes.
The chain guide itself is made from composite with aluminum parts and can be adjusted to sit close to the chain without creating unnecessary drag. A simple solution for 1x and other custom builds where you want to reduce the risk of the chain dropping without installing a larger chain guide.
