Reverse HG Single Speed Kit är ett enkelt sätt att bygga om ett vanligt växlat nav med Shimano HG-frihjulskropp till single speed. Satsen innehåller ett 13T ståldrev, färgmatchad låsring och sju distanser som gör det möjligt att placera drevet rätt på frihjulskroppen och få en rak kedjelinje.
Det som skiljer Reverse från enklare singlespeed-drev är den extra breda 7 mm-flänsen. Den ger en större anläggningsyta mot frihjulskroppen och minskar risken att drevet skär in i aluminiumet, något som kan hända med smalare drev under hög belastning. De sju distanserna – två på 10 mm, en på 5 mm och fyra på 3 mm – ger gott om möjligheter att finjustera kedjelinjen.
13T-drevet är 1,8 mm tjockt och satsen fungerar med kedjor från 1/8" och 3/32", inklusive 8–11-delade kedjor. Den är avsedd för Shimano HG-frihjulskropp och väger cirka 49 gram. Det här är därför en praktisk lösning för dig som vill bygga om ett befintligt hjul till single speed utan att byta nav eller kompromissa med kedjelinjen.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
