Runwell STEX is a portable bike tool with 3, 4, 5, and 6 mm hex keys – the most common sizes for adjusting the saddle, handlebars, and other bike components on the go. With a length of 100 mm and a weight of 49 grams, it takes up little space in your pocket or saddlebag, while the machined steel handle feels comfortable in the hand and provides enough leverage for typical adjustments.
Runwell manufactures specialized bike tools in Sanjo, Japan, focusing on thoughtful functionality and long durability. The STEX features fixed 3/4 mm and 5/6 mm bits that make it quick to switch between sizes without loose parts. When the bits wear out, they can also be replaced individually instead of having to replace the entire tool.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
