Longer cable hanger for center-pull rear brakes, primarily for cantilever or Paul Component rim brakes nowadays. The design eliminates excessive bends in the brake housing and is large enough to fit over thick bolts in seatpost clamps. The cable adjuster is a welcome bonus for fine-tuning the brake pads against the rim. Since Surly developed this, it is naturally made of stainless steel.
