Surly has created a durable front chainring for singlespeed, fixed gear, or 1x9 setups. Made from stainless 304 steel, with a beautifully polished finish that the picture doesn’t fully capture.
The teeth do not have different levels or are designed for a specific driving direction like geared chainrings usually are. So if you’re budget-conscious, you can flip the chainring when it starts to wear and ride a bit longer. The teeth are 2.1 mm thick.
