Urban Bike Wear is an independent bike shop and workshop in Södermalm, focusing on fixed gear, gravel, touring, bikepacking and custom builds. Over the years, we have built up connections far beyond Sweden, and today we have customers in 48 countries.

Consultation meeting
We start with the type of bike, intended use, budget, and fit. The meeting takes place in the store or digitally and gives us the information we need to suggest a frame, components, and the right setup.
Quote
Once the frameset has been selected and the deposit has been paid, we will prepare a detailed quotation with the component selection, price, and estimated delivery time. Adjustments can still be made before the quotation is approved.
The bike is assembled
Once the quote has been approved, we order the components and plan the build. The delivery time depends on the availability of the parts, but the assembly itself normally takes around two weeks.
The bike is ready for delivery
When the bike is ready, it can be picked up in the shop or shipped. Upon handover, we check the fit, make the final adjustments, and go over the basic settings and care.
